These Design Control Guidelines are centred around protecting the quality of views, streetscapes and vast network of reserves. The intent of these controls is to create a lush green vegetated frontage to every lot for a social and healthy community while giving you flexibility within your boundary hedges and fences.

Become a Builder Partner at Lakeside

Available to developers and builders purchasing five or more lots. Here’s a rare opportunity to take your pick of 224 premium sections ranging in size from 227 - 676 m2. The hard work is all done here. Roads and all civil works are complete – that includes power, waste water, fibre and streetscaping – and the lots are titled, serviced and ready to build on. Getting there

Lakeside is situated at the end of Scott Road, Te Kauwhata.

The town is serviced by a newly built highway interchange leading from SH1. From Auckland, take SH1 south towards Hamilton. Take the Te Kauwhata off-ramp and turn left towards Main Street. Lakeside is situated immediately south of the existing village centre.
