Our brand new Information Centre is officially open! It’s located in the Lakeside Village Centre at 187 Rimu Street and is open Weds-Sun, 10am-4pm.

Come check it out and learn more about what's planned for Lakeside, see what types of homes are available, and pick up some handy resources for how to buy them. 

There, you’ll get a feel for the future of the development. A masterplan of Lakeside will show you where homes are being built in relation to the Village Centre, the Te Kauwhata township, and the future boardwalk. You’ll get a clear picture of the development stages too, seeing which areas are being developed in which order. 

There’s also information about the different build partners, as well as an interesting insight into the indigenous Mātātā bird which lives in the area.

Our friendly Information Centre Manager, Debbie, is a Te Kauwhata local and has a wealth of knowledge, so she’ll be on hand to answer any questions you may have about Lakeside.

While you’re at it, take a stroll around Lakeside’s new neighbourhood centre. The Lakeside Village Centre includes a recently opened childcare centre, an office and retail space, and a playground, barber, general store and gym which are set to open in the coming months.
