Over the next eight years, Lakeside Development will create a new neighbourhood of 1,650 high-quality homes on the edge of Lake Waikare. Lakeside's location combines the best of town and country living, with brand-new homes in a picturesque setting, close to an established, friendly rural town and within commuting distance of work in important employment hubs in Auckland and Hamilton.

STAGE BY STAGE

• Construction continues across Stages 1 and 2, with only a handful of lots remaining for sale.
• The neighbourhood playground in Stage 1 remains a popular choice for those near and far, with the basketball half court proving to be a firm favourite.
• House construction has begun in Stage 3, and the third and final neighbourhood playground is expected to start construction in July 2026.
• Civil construction of lots in Stages 4 and 5 has now been completed, securing a pipeline of new homes for coming years.
