Despite the mix of sunshine and showers, The Lakeside’s April Information Day on April 5th proved to be a great success, drawing around 180 people to explore the homes and community on offer.

The weather certainly kept us on our toes — one moment we had clear skies, the next it was pouring with rain. But even the unpredictable conditions couldn’t dampen the energy. Kids enjoyed the bouncy castle, lawn games and face painting, while adults browsed market stalls with a free coffee and tasty bites from local food trucks. The sense of community was strong, with neighbours, families, and first-time visitors all mingling and making the most of the day.

A key focus of the day was showcasing the range of homes currently for sale at Lakeside. Our trusted build partners were on-site, sharing plans, pricing, and progress updates, and giving visitors an in-depth look at what’s available right now. With a selection of show homes open for viewing, potential buyers got to experience the Lakeside lifestyle firsthand — from layout and finish to location and outlook.

While the event was very much a community affair, the main goal was to connect interested buyers with their future homes, and we were thrilled to see so many engaged conversations taking place throughout the day.
